Product Description
The injector washer (also known as a copper sealing washer or injector seat washer) sits at the base of each fuel injector in the cylinder head, forming a gas-tight seal between the injector tip and the combustion chamber. On the Freelander 1 Td4 2.0 diesel engine, a degraded or incorrectly fitted washer can cause combustion gas leakage, carbon buildup around the injector bore, and poor sealing that leads to hard starting or rough running. Replacing this washer every time an injector is removed is essential to maintain correct injector protrusion and sealing integrity.

UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.

Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
