Our delivery rates and service information are listed below. Orders placed before 12pm on working days are dispatched the same day subject to stock availability.
Standard Delivery
UK MAINLAND1–3 working days from point of order. Place your order before 12pm Mon–Thu for next working day dispatch.
Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following working day.
Express Delivery
NEXT WORKING DAYPlace your order as early as possible on any working day, before 12pm, to qualify for express next-day delivery.
* Excludes Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.
International Delivery
WORLDWIDEWe ship to the UK, Europe, and worldwide.

Next working day delivery is not available to these regions. Standard 1–3 working day service applies.
Oversized Items
Some orders containing large or heavy items may be subject to additional delivery charges. Where this applies, we will contact you prior to dispatch. If you do not wish to proceed, a full refund will be offered.
Delivery Details
Signature required: Some orders may require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
Heavy goods: Heavy deliveries may require your assistance to offload. Any offer to assist the delivery crew is made entirely at your own risk and should only be attempted if you are comfortable with the load. The delivery crew are unable to attempt delivery where damage to your property may result.
Inspect on delivery: Our courier carries the risk of loss or damage to the products until you sign for them upon receipt. Please inspect all items thoroughly at the point of delivery to ensure the goods have not been damaged in transit and all items are present. Goods identified as damaged on delivery will be taken away at that time.
Reporting problems: Any issues not immediately identifiable at delivery must be reported to us within 10 working days of receipt. Please contact us at [email protected]. If products are considered faulty or defective after this period has expired, please contact us and your query will be considered on its merits.
International Orders
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, please be aware of the following:
- Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Couriers may apply additional fees such as brokerage, disbursement, or handling charges.
- Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays outside of our control.
- UAE deliveries are typically £35–£65 via express service. For all other destinations please email us for a quote.
