Product Description
FRC3416 is a clutch fork retention staple used to secure the clutch release fork to its pivot pin within the bellhousing on Land Rover manual transmission applications. This small spring steel clip prevents lateral movement of the fork during operation, ensuring consistent contact between the fork and the release bearing carrier. If worn or dislodged, the fork can shift off the pivot, resulting in clutch engagement failure or a rattling noise from the bellhousing.

- Direct OEM replacement for LT77 and R380 manual gearbox applications
- Should be replaced as a matter of course during any clutch overhaul - reusing a fatigued clip risks premature failure
- Inspect the release fork pivot pin for wear at the same time, as a worn pin will not retain the staple correctly

UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.
For special order items, dispatch is typically within 3–5 working days. These items are clearly marked within the product description.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
