Product Description
This intercooler hose connects the turbocharger outlet to the intercooler on the 2.2L CR DI 16V diesel engine, routing compressed charge air for cooling before it enters the intake manifold. A failed or cracked intercooler hose causes boost pressure loss, resulting in reduced power output, increased smoke, and potential overboost fault codes. Replacing with the correct OEM-specification hose restores charge air integrity and prevents associated turbocharger strain.

UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.
For special order items, dispatch is typically within 3–5 working days. These items are clearly marked within the product description.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
