Product Description
This repair kit provides the components necessary to service the oil cooler assembly on Land Rover TD5 engines, specifically for use with oil cooler unit PBC500230. The TD5 oil cooler is mounted within the cooling circuit to regulate engine oil temperature; deterioration of its seals or internal components can result in oil-coolant cross-contamination, presenting as emulsified oil or overheating. Addressing this with a dedicated repair kit restores correct thermal management without replacing the entire cooler housing.

UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.
For special order items, dispatch is typically within 3–5 working days. These items are clearly marked within the product description.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
