Product Description
This stainless steel rear brake caliper piston is a direct replacement component for the sliding pin calipers fitted to early Discovery 1 and Range Rover Classic models equipped with solid rear discs and no ABS. The piston seals within the caliper bore and applies hydraulic pressure to the brake pad, generating clamping force against the disc. Corrosion of the original steel piston is a common cause of seized rear calipers on these vehicles, leading to uneven braking, pad drag, and premature disc wear.

UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.
For special order items, dispatch is typically within 3–5 working days. These items are clearly marked within the product description.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
