Fuse 3 Amp Blade for Discovery 1 (1989 – 1998) 3 Amp – RTC4481
Product Description
The RTC4481 is a 3 amp blade-type fuse used in the electrical fuse box on Discovery 1 and Range Rover models, protecting low-current circuits such as instrument lighting, sensors, or ancillary electronics from overcurrent damage. Using the correct amperage rating is critical - fitting a higher-rated fuse can allow excess current to pass through a circuit, risking wiring damage or electrical fires, while a lower rating will cause nuisance blowing.
Key Features
- 3 amp rated blade fuse - standard ATO/APR blade type for direct fuse box fitment
- Designed to protect low-current circuits from overcurrent and short-circuit damage
- Matches OEM amperage specification for Discovery 1 and Range Rover fuse box applications
- If a fuse repeatedly blows, inspect the associated circuit for a wiring fault before replacing - a blown fuse is a symptom, not the root cause
Vehicle Fitment
This 3 amp blade fuse fits the Land Rover Discovery 1 (1989–1998), Range Rover Classic, and Range Rover P38 (1995–2002) across all engine variants.
