Product Description
This is a standard-size piston assembly for the TDV6 2.7 litre diesel engine, designed to replace worn or damaged pistons in engines exhibiting symptoms such as excessive oil consumption, blow-by, or loss of compression. The piston assembly forms a critical part of the combustion cycle, sealing combustion gases above and controlling oil return below via the ring pack. Using a correctly sized standard piston is essential when cylinder bores are within manufacturer tolerance and do not require reboring.

UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.
For special order items, dispatch is typically within 3–5 working days. These items are clearly marked within the product description.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
