Product Description
The throttle body and motor assembly controls airflow into the intake manifold on the 3.0L V6 diesel engine, regulating engine load response and idle stability. On the Discovery 4 and Discovery 5 3.0L V6 diesel variants, a faulty throttle body motor can cause erratic idle, reduced engine response, or EGR-related fault codes. Replacing the complete assembly - body and actuator motor together - ensures accurate airflow calibration and avoids compatibility issues that arise from fitting components separately.

UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.
For special order items, dispatch is typically within 3–5 working days. These items are clearly marked within the product description.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
