Product Description
STC1641 is a complete gasket set for the Rover V8 4.0-litre EFI engine, covering the key static seals required during a top-end or full engine rebuild. The set typically includes head gaskets, inlet and exhaust manifold gaskets, rocker cover gaskets, and ancillary seals necessary to restore compression and prevent oil or coolant ingress. Using a matched gasket set ensures consistent material grades and correct torque retention across all sealing faces, reducing the risk of recurrent leaks or head gasket failure on the aluminium V8 block.

UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.
For special order items, dispatch is typically within 3–5 working days. These items are clearly marked within the product description.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
