The Morel MDSP 980W 8 Channel Amplifier with 10 Channel DSP (MOR MDSP 10/8A) is the flagship of Morel's new 2026 MDSP DSP amplifier series — a high-power, all-in-one DSP amplifier engineered for the most demanding high-end installations where maximum system flexibility, multi-way active front stages, full front and rear channel coverage and subwoofer control are all required from a single, compact unit. With 10 channels of high-resolution digital signal processing, 8 channels of Class D amplification delivering up to 980W total output, and a comprehensive feature set designed for seamless OEM and custom integration, the MDSP 10/8A is the definitive Morel amplifier for complex, professional-grade system builds.
The MDSP 10/8A delivers 4 channels at 80W RMS and 4 channels at 160W RMS at 4 Ohm, with the 6 and 8 channel models featuring staggered power output to optimise power delivery for each individual speaker type — tweeters, midranges, mid-bass and subwoofer channels each receive the appropriate power level for their role in the system. The integrated 10-channel DSP provides parametric and graphic EQ, fully adjustable active crossovers, accurate time alignment, input/output EQ per channel and signal summing — every tool needed to fine-tune even the most complex active speaker layout with precision and efficiency. Morel's Speaker Load Assurance Module (SLAM) ensures seamless incorporation into factory OEM systems, keeping factory amplifiers stable and eliminating error messages. UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.
For special order items, dispatch is typically within 3–5 working days. These items are clearly marked within the product description.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
