Developed by Old Man Emu, ARB’s specialist suspension division, the Nitrocharger Plus combines dependable off-road performance with controlled and comfortable everyday road manners. Its vehicle-specific damping improves steering response, reduces body movement and maintains consistent control across changing road and terrain conditions.
The robust twin-tube construction, large high-flow piston and nitrogen gas pressure help reduce heat build-up and oil aeration. This allows the shock absorber to maintain consistent damping during prolonged use, including towing, overland touring and driving across rough or corrugated surfaces.

A Discovery 1 requires two shock absorbers for a complete front-axle replacement. Shock absorbers should normally be replaced in axle pairs to maintain balanced handling and damping performance.
Installation
Suspension components should be installed by a suitably qualified person. Before installation, inspect the springs, turrets, retaining rings, bushes and mounting hardware, replacing any worn or corroded components where necessary.

UK Mainland Delivery

Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
