EU Right of Withdrawal
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
Withdrawal Period
Your right to withdraw expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email, clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Your email address

Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method).
Refunds will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
