Product Description
The camshaft is a core engine component responsible for controlling the timing and lift of intake and exhaust valves within the cylinder head. On the 2.0L 16V turbocharged petrol engines used across the Evoque, Freelander 2, and Discovery Sport, camshaft wear or failure typically presents as rough idle, reduced power output, misfires, or elevated valve train noise. Fitting the correct replacement camshaft is critical to maintaining precise valve timing and avoiding further damage to associated components such as cam followers and timing chains.

UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.
For special order items, dispatch is typically within 3–5 working days. These items are clearly marked within the product description.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
