The Morel Elate Carbon 5.25" 3-Way Active Component Speaker Set (MOR ELAT CAR 53A) is the crossover-free, active configuration of the Elate Carbon 53 — placing the MT450 tweeter, MM3 3.5" midrange and 5.25" EVC™ woofer on three independent DSP-controlled amplifier channels for the highest achievable front-stage performance in a compact 5.25" woofer format. With all three drivers powered and tuned independently, the 53A represents the most capable front-stage system available for vehicles where the door installation restricts woofer size to 5.25".
Active operation transforms the character of a 3-way system by eliminating every passive crossover compromise simultaneously — no reactive component losses at any crossover transition point, no group delay artefacts, and no fixed crossover frequencies. The MM3 midrange benefits particularly from active control, with its lower crossover point chosen freely in the DSP to maximise integration with the 5.25" woofer in the actual measured vehicle environment. The MT450 tweeter is crossed actively at the optimal frequency, and the EVC™ woofer is driven by its own dedicated channel for maximum bass control.

Shipping & Returns
UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.
For special order items, dispatch is typically within 3–5 working days. These items are clearly marked within the product description.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
