The Morel Direct Fit BMW Premium 2-Way Component Centre Channel Speaker Set (MOR IR BM 42 CT) is the Reference-tier DirectFit centre channel solution for select modern BMW models — a single plug-and-play centre channel speaker that replaces the factory BMW centre speaker with Hybrid-series Reference-class technology, using the same DirectFit mounting system and OEM-grade wiring connectors as the IR BM 42 front-door system for a completely modification-free installation.
The BMW centre channel location is acoustically one of the most important positions in the vehicle — a centrally mounted driver directly in the dashboard or centre of the front stage whose output fills in the critical midpoint between the left and right channels, anchoring vocals and dialogue with precision and helping to create the impression of a properly focused stereo image even from off-centre listening positions. The IR BM 42 CT replaces the factory centre speaker in this location with a 4" DPC cone woofer on Morel's hybrid EVC™ motor design with 2.1" voice coil, paired with the 1.1" Acuflex™ silk dome tweeter — the same Reference-tier driver technology used in the front-door IR BM 42 system. The result is a centre channel that matches the tonal character and resolution of the front-door upgrade, producing a coherent, unified front soundstage that factory speakers at any price cannot deliver. Shipping & Returns
UK Mainland Delivery
We aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders on the same or next working day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on the time your order is placed.
For special order items, dispatch is typically within 3–5 working days. These items are clearly marked within the product description.
Delivery Charges & Minimum Order
Product prices are displayed according to the customer’s location. UK customers will generally see prices inclusive of VAT, while customers outside the UK will generally see prices without UK VAT.
We do not have a minimum order value; however, our minimum delivery charge includes packaging and handling costs and cannot be reduced.
Tracked Courier Options
UK Mainland delivery varies, but is typically £10-15.00 + VAT. Some items may qualify for free delivery where margin allows.
Economy Regions include Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland.
