As a result of the ongoing reorganisation of the JLR parts supply network, any genuine Jaguar or Land Rover parts not currently stocked will have an estimated lead time of 3-5 working days. This restructuring impacts the entire UK network of Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships and Independants, so the extended lead time is not unique to us.
We strive to provide comprehensive lists of suppliers and brands for various parts to offer you quality and pricing options. However, please note that supplier information may not always be current, and some parts may become unavailable from your chosen brand at the last minute.
As of late, more and more genuine Land Rover parts are quickly becoming obsolete, and we don't get notified until we place the order. In such cases, we will promptly notify you via email if a part is on 'backorder' or deemed 'obsolete.' While some suppliers may provide estimated restocking dates, these timelines are not always accurate. If you're keen on a particular part, we'll add it to a waitlist and inform you when it becomes available again, though the timeframe for restocking can vary from a few days to several months and is out of our control.
If a part is labeled as obsolete, it means it's no longer available to order.
Should you opt for product substitutions, we'll source the closest match in terms of price and functionality to the part you originally selected. Any price differences will be reflected in your invoice, whether as a refund or an additional charge. If you require further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to our team via email and we'll do our best to help you.
